About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Life Sciences team at Latham BioPharm Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services to life sciences companies and other institutions to advance life science products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services for our clients, including routine project and portfolio management activities, such as meeting minutes, action tracking, and decision tracking.
  • Actively contribute to project and portfolio management deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and routine updates.
  • Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel to ensure progress of project activities.
  • Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites, including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork, with the ability to navigate in different areas and work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Balance project demands to support alignment/realignment of Budget, Quality, Timeline, and Scope, as needed.
  • Support product development meetings, and ensure all Project Leaders and/or sub-team leaders have all information and support needed to implement the project.
  • Focus on customer service, with agility and clear communication.
  • Adhere to our quality standards regarding client deliverables.
Requirements
  • PhD scientist (Master's with strong pharmaceutical/scientific background can be considered), with experience in reproductive health, immunology, and/or microbiome research preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management with a discovery/pre-clinical/early product development orientation.
  • Experience managing projects and understanding of project management principles.
  • Fluency in collaborative project management software, including Smartsheet, MS Office Timeline Pro, or similar tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and oral communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others.
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity, and sense of personal ownership of deliverables and results.
  • Work well with teams, often comprised of multiple disciplines.
