Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in setting up treatment areas and equipment.
- Guide patients through assigned exercises and treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions, communicating observations to the physical therapist.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing equipment and treatment spaces.
- Support in demonstrating exercises and the correct use of therapy equipment to patients.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to improve patient experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management abilities and attention to detail.
- The capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick learning ability, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Additional qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A basic understanding of human anatomy and principles of physical therapy.
- CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
