Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Albuquerque location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
