Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a timely and efficient manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, utilizing knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a positive cash handling record.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, side work duties, and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hotel or food service industry preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
