Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee inventory management, including vendor relationships
  • Maximize store sales through effective merchandising and marketing programs
  • Execute job responsibilities in areas such as associate orientation, customer orientation, and food presentation/concept execution
  • Assess store condition and customer service levels, and correct issues with limited direction
  • Manage controllable costs by reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives, and day-to-day operations expenses
  • Ensure personnel/payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
  • Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals
  • Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment

Requirements

  • Ability to understand financial and operational data
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including adaptability to change
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining high detail orientation
  • Professional and approachable appearance
  • Ability to demonstrate core values: Teamwork, Excellence, Integrity, Caring, Passion
  • Previous management experience is preferred, but not required
