Medical Records Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Clerk to join our team at Telecare Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) center in Pierce County, WA. As a Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing support services to our nursing, clinical, and medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our 16-bed inpatient facility for adults.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical and technical support to the nursing, clinical, and medical staff
- Assist with contact with members served, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

- High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
- At least six months' experience as a unit clerk or administrative support staff in a healthcare environment
