Department Overview

Our team operates within a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry unit, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. The unit is staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily facing respiratory and cardiac challenges. This position allows you to work in a vibrant setting, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional qualifications include:
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire and maintained thereafter
