Position Title: Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week

Compensation:
$20 - $23 per hour

Shift Differentials: Available for evening, night, and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and reporting any significant changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse.
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' food and fluid intake accurately.
  • Feeding residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Responding promptly to residents' call lights and needs.
  • Transporting residents to and from the bathroom as required.
  • Conducting regular repositioning of residents to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces.
  • Assisting nursing staff with various treatment procedures.
  • Performing daily inspections of residents' skin conditions and reporting findings.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of at least 10th grade; High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Massachusetts with an active license.
