Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Framingham, MA. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, including vital sign checks and regular reporting to the nursing team.
  • Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents by performing tasks such as changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and healthcare staff, providing daily companionship and comfort.
  • Communicate with family members and other visitors, addressing their concerns and providing support.
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, repositioning them as needed.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
