Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Super 8. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, answer guest inquiries, and complete paperwork accurately.
  • Customer Relations: Build rapport with guests, identify their needs, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Hotel Operations: Monitor and maintain knowledge of hotel operations, activities, and services to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Reservations: Take reservations and answer questions via phone and in-person, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
  • Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
