MRI Imaging Specialists operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines to produce detailed images of the body. Their primary responsibilities include preparing patients for MRI scans, ensuring comfort and safety, and operating MRI equipment while managing imaging protocols. They also assess images for quality and report any issues to the radiologist, maintain equipment, and educate patients about the MRI process.Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Certification in MRI technology from ARRT or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of MRI physics and safety practices.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
