The Showroom Coordinator is a vital member of our team at Haselwood Inc, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a key point of contact, you will be the first point of interaction for customers visiting our dealership, and your professionalism and courtesy will set the tone for their entire visit.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and direct customers, answer inquiries, and provide information in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls to the Sales Department, communicate messages to the appropriate parties, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Prospect Tracking: Enter data into our prospect tracking system, run reports for managers, and direct customers to the appropriate person or salesperson.
- Communication: Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
- Education: High School Graduation or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of clerical experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and telephone skills, intermediate computer competency in MS Office and database programs.
- Competitive Pay: $18-$23 per hour.
- Weekly Pay: Paid on a weekly basis.
- 401K: Employer match up to 50% of 5%.
- Insurance: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance starting on the first of the month upon hire.
- Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment.
- Sick Leave: Accrued at the rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
