Axiom Staffing Group is Hiring for an Experienced Export Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export documentation, including SED/ITN, CI, and PL from ERP and Ocean BL, Bank Draft
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and manufacturers to ensure smooth ocean export operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with ocean carrier lines and ACE requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on freight forwarding and export operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in ocean export operations with a freight forwarder or large manufacturer (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
