We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Unaka Company Inc.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our organization. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve system failures and bottlenecks.
- Monitor and maintain the security and operation of all computer hardware and software systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide level-1/2 support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Test and evaluate network systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and services to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Assist in network modeling, analysis, and provide technical support to users as needed.
- Perform testing, configuring, and repair of hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to technical requests and provide entry-level support to users.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Microsoft Certification or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
