Job Summary:
The Business Analyst Intern will play a key role in supporting the development of business solutions and process improvements across various areas of the Flexsteel organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze business needs to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with IT technical resources to design, build, and deliver technology solutions that meet business partner needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation.
- Participate in the prioritization of system improvements across the solution.
- Support organizational direction with forward-looking system improvements, metrics, data utilization, and reporting.
Requirements:
Undergraduate junior majoring in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
