About the Role

Extelligence SRO is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a Network Security L4 Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and administering core security components, monitoring services, and troubleshooting incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Component Management: Manage and administer core security components like Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, Cisco ISE, and Netskope solution.
  • Incident Response: Monitor all services to ensure they are up and running, and provide faster troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve user-reported incidents.
  • Customer Support: Support customer initiatives around design and implementation of new solutions, enable additional features within existing solutions, or improvise configuration of current security solutions.
  • Periodic Assessments: Perform periodic assessments and propose improvements to enhance security posture.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations teams to solve complex security incidents and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Firewall Infrastructure: Implement and maintain Palo Alto firewall infrastructure, provision firewalls based on customer consultation, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for firewall infrastructure problems.
Requirements
  • Cyber Security Experience: 10-12+ years of experience in the Cyber Security domain with design and implementation of various cyber security solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Perimeter security, endpoint security, privilege access management, device management operations, and product certifications or vendor-neutral certifications.
  • Communication Skills: Very good communication and articulation skills, problem-solving attitude, and experience with Firewall & Network, such as Switching, Routing, IPSEC VPNs, Tunneling, and Security.
