Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Speech Language Pathologists to provide support and services to students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Provide support and services to students in a school-based setting, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with communication disorders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services provided.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech therapy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Therapist Assistant or in a related field.
  • CA license required or ability to acquire before starting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
