Responsibilities
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty
- 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
