Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Integrated Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing health status, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Advanced degree in nursing or a related field
