As a Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand representative, reflecting the company values and driving the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate conversation and interact with customers in a personalized and genuine way, connecting with them on shared passions of wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
  • Event Promotion: Actively share details to promote FP Movement events, drive engagement and participation, and support the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others, collaborating with peers and leadership, and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
  • Visual and Operational Standards: Maintain FP Movement's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, supporting the shipment process, and adhering to store safety standards and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Passion for FP Movement: Passion for the brand and/or connection to the local fitness community.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in team initiatives.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the store.

Pay Range

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00. Please note that this may be subject to change based on location and employment status.
