Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

ProMedica Memory Care Farmington is seeking a part-time LPN to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel and delivering direct care to residents. This role requires a strong understanding of gerontological nursing and the ability to coordinate care delivery in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in gerontological nursing
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
