Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Management Team to drive business results and achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Mentor and coach Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to execute administration duties, including P&L management and budgeting
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance standards
  • May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned by the General Manager

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead frequently
  • Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
  • Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
  • Must be comfortable working near open flames
  • May be required to work in tight spaces
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required
  • Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
