Job Title: Radiology Patient Ambassador

The Radiology Patient Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for patients visiting our facilities. With a focus on providing world-class customer service, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns they may have.

In this role, you will:

  • Greet and register patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation
  • Collect and log all co-pays and fees
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary
  • Provide patients with clear orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, as well as directions to facilities if needed

You will thrive in this role if you are genuinely passionate about customer service, can exercise sound judgment, and remain professional in all situations. You must also possess effective and professional communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with a structured approach.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $25.00 per hour and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
