- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment and valuing their contributions.
- Coach staff to promote a positive team culture and enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with front-end operations, adhering to company procedures, including managing online orders.
- Drive additional revenue through service enhancements and product sales.
- Utilize company systems to optimize business operations and manage service capacity.
- Exhibit exemplary sales and service behaviors in all client interactions.

Qualifications:
- Valid Cosmetology/Hairdressing license as per state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.50 to $19.50, influenced by factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for commissions and tips based on individual performance.
