Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst I - Epic ClinDoc/Stork Hybrid is a key member of the WakeMed team, responsible for participating in the build rollout and support of assigned applications. This role requires a strong understanding of application configuration, testing, and documentation, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level response for assigned applications, communicating with end-users to understand issues and implement solutions.
  • Work with department management to maximize department performance and inform management decision-making.
  • Function as a liaison between the IS customer department and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • EPIC certification in the area of responsibility within 6 months of hire.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional weekend and on-call requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified/Licensed/Registered in the field of practice.
