Job Overview

Ladgov Corporation seeks a highly qualified and experienced Catholic Ministry Leader to provide spiritual care and guidance to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Catholic Mass Services and Comprehensive Sacramental Ministry Services to meet the spiritual needs of our community.
  • Provide Pastoral Counseling Services to individuals and groups, offering guidance and support in times of need.
  • Develop and implement Program Management Services to enhance the spiritual well-being of our community.
Requirements
  • Must meet all prerequisites for Roman Catholic priestly ministry as defined by the AMS.
  • Must be an ordained Roman Catholic Priest in good standing with the AMS and the bishop of his own diocese or the superior of his religious community.
  • Provide a letter from his bishop or religious superior, stating that he is a priest in good standing and has permission to accept the contract.
  • Have experience providing significant pastoral leadership and competent pastoral care to a congregation of at least 500 members.
