Position Overview:

As a Server, you will be tasked with attending to the food and beverage requirements of our guests. This role involves working at various events such as buffets, plated meals, cocktail receptions, weddings, and more. The venue operates during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing ample opportunities to engage with guests. Additionally, there may be chances to work in other dining areas within the facility. A valid food handler's card from Utah County and Sips and Tips certification are required.

Compensation:

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $15.00.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
  • Ensure drinks and beverages are replenished as needed.
  • Clear tables of dishes and glasses, transporting them to the kitchen or designated area.
  • Change table linens and service settings as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, chairs, and table settings.
  • Restock condiments and beverage supplies.
  • Provide menu descriptions and answer guest inquiries regarding food preparation.
  • Record special requests from guests accurately.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including wine.
  • Deliver meals to guests or guide them to buffet stations.
  • Monitor guests to anticipate additional needs.
  • Assess when meals and beverages have been completed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure all job details are executed with precision and accuracy.
