Neonatal Physician Assistant - Premier Children's Healthcare Provider

Key Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group of Florida is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our esteemed neonatology team at a nationally recognized children's hospital.

  • Our facility features a comprehensive NICU with 62 Level-IV beds and 22 Level-II beds, accommodating an average daily census of 70 and over 5,000 births annually.
  • Across our network, we maintain 36 Level-III beds, supporting an additional 8,000 births each year.
  • We offer a robust high-risk perinatal navigation program.
  • Our team includes a full range of pediatric subspecialists.
  • We manage a diverse array of complex neonatal conditions.
  • Our services include on-site ECMO, therapeutic hypothermia, and a variety of ventilation modalities.
  • Flexible shift options are available, including 10-12 hour day shifts and 12-16 hour night shifts.
  • Rotational opportunities to sister facilities with 24-hour shifts are also part of the role.
