Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Developer to join our team at Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business development initiatives to increase revenue and service offerings within the warehouse and logistics industry, with a focus on the Texas market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development initiatives to increase revenue and service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development initiatives and ensure customer operating standards are developed and implemented
  • Provide solutions to customers' logistical needs by utilizing strategic solution selling techniques aimed at increasing market share, ensuring revenue achievement, and customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive execution of opportunities by working with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement business development initiatives and ensure customer operating standards are developed and implemented
  • Analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in solution selling in the warehouse, fulfillment, and/or packaging industry
  • Prior experience developing business/selling at a 3PL required: pallet in/out and case picking operations, vendor managed inventory, eCommerce fulfillment, intermodal, drayage, NVOCC, freight forwarding, and manufacturing support in the food and beverage, dry goods, and general commodity industries
  • Operations experience on a 3PL or shipper side, a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience with Solution Selling of logistics services, warehousing, and transportation industry with proven success for developing and growing business
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Business travel is required to close business and manage customers, typically 30-40% or more if requested by leadership

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
