This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations at the assigned location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are indicative of the tasks performed in this position. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
  • Execute all maintenance tasks in accordance with contractual quality standards and timelines.
  • Comprehend contract specifications relevant to the role.
  • Guarantee quality assurance standards are upheld through regular visual inspections. Provide ongoing mentorship for designated apprentices.
  • Manage inventory and equipment in line with established protocols.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and other specified tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on maintenance reporting matters.
  • Conduct maintenance activities that may involve the use of lifts, ladders, or specialized machinery.
  • Assist in the upkeep of equipment and supplies, including seasonal services such as pressure washing and floor care, while performing quality inspections.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and perform electronic data entry for tracking equipment and vehicles.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, current insurance, and reliable transportation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
  • None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be able to clear a background check.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each of the essential functions as outlined.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively addressing common inquiries or concerns and presenting information clearly in both oral and written formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse personalities in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Analytical skills: Able to identify issues, assess facts, and draw logical conclusions. Capable of thinking quickly in various situations.
  • Good organizational skills; adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
TRAVEL:

No travel is anticipated for this position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements will vary based on assigned tasks. This role demands significant physical activity, including lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and prolonged standing. Involves operating equipment and lifting/moving weights ranging from 40 to 60 pounds.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Tasks are primarily performed indoors with minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions, although some outdoor tasks may be required.
  • Must consistently use designated personal protective equipment.
  • Training will be provided by the company.
  • Most tasks will be performed with limited supervision.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

Some tasks necessitate manual dexterity.
