Retail Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, provide suggestions, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Replenish merchandise, maintain store layout, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, POS instructions, and promotional information.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift.
  • Use of hands and fingers to handle/feel objects or tools and reach with hand and arms.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
