Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating damages and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in collision estimating and possess a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Estimating damages to vehicles using CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Providing accurate and timely estimates to customers
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in collision estimating
  • A valid driver's license
  • A Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
