Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at RWC International LLC.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and company specifications. This includes checking parts against estimates, preparing vehicles for body repair work, and notifying management of any additional repairs needed.
Responsibilities:
- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
- Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
- Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
- Notify management of any additional repairs needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
- Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment.
- Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
- Cooperate and assist other employees in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- High degree of product and technical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to conduct himself/herself in a professional manner.

$49,000 - $75,000 annually + monthly performance bonus
