  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the department is fully stocked and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of retail experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales associates.
Working Conditions

This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, due to shift rotation. The ability to lift 25-50 pound boxes and push/pull stock carts is also required.
