Pediatric LPN Job Summary

The Pediatric LPN is a vital member of our healthcare team at Katy Trail Community Health, working closely with a provider, behavioral health consultant, registered nurse, medical assistant, care coordinator, and patient service representative to deliver exceptional patient care.

As a Pediatric LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician, advanced practice nurse, and/or physician assistant. Your scope of duties will include obtaining and recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing and documenting laboratory tests, assisting with specialized procedures, and administering and charting medications.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current licensed practical nurse license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Documentation of appropriate phlebotomy skills
  • Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed
