Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator/Performance Health Coach

Cenegenics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Experience Coordinator/Performance Health Coach to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, providing health and wellness coaching, and supporting our physicians in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health and wellness coaching to patients, including education on proper nutrition and exercise regimens, and support in achieving their health goals.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their journey with Cenegenics.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement personalized health plans for patients, and provide ongoing support and education to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage patient interactions, including scheduling appointments, tracking consultations, and communicating with patients via various methods.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and filing, to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends, and to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness principles, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
