Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience selling to manufacturers, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Building relationships with potential customers and presenting our services
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in alignment with our target market
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our company's capabilities, service offerings, and people resources
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience selling to manufacturers
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
