The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and vCenter is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and adhering to standards and procedures
  • Providing customer service by assessing performance problems and resolving issues
  • Participating in an on-call rotation
  • Providing support for security, network, and operational issues
  • Patching and upgrading of server operating systems
  • Managing user account provisioning and timely termination

Preferred qualifications include Red Hat (RHCSA, RHCE) Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure certification) and use of Ansible to query, report on, and manage large numbers of servers.
