Job Summary

Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - Journeyman to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. As a key member of our Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses to evaluate program/project objectives.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status, budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Prepare acquisition and procurement documentation, including Justification and Approval (J&A) for sole source procurement; Individual Streamlined Acquisition Plan (ISTRAP); Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD Form 1423-1; and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID).
  • Perform program management, financial, and technical analyses.
  • Collate and post data to various online tools and databases.
  • Coordinate inputs and perform analysis for Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE).
  • Assist in the management of team-level Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Review Boards and document preparation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED and completed military service with relevant training with 5+ years of experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED and 5+ years relevant experience and hold a relevant technical certification
  • Active Secret clearance
