Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Maintain outstanding and consistent customer experience across all Planet Fitness locations within the district.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational consistency amongst all clubs within the region, including but not limited to:
    • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional member experiences through outstanding service and support.
    • Brand Standards: Maintain Planet Fitness and PF Baseline Fitness brand standards across all locations.
    • Club Cleanliness: Ensure all locations are clean and well-maintained.
    • Policy Implementation: Implement member and HR policies consistently across all locations.
    • Payroll: Manage payroll and related administrative tasks.
    • Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations and ensure seamless member experiences.
    • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
    • Vendor and Inventory Management: Manage vendors and inventory across all locations.
  • Leadership and Development: Hire, coach, develop, review, and potentially discipline Club Managers within the district.
  • Staff Development: Develop and train staff to build a strong bench for future Club Manager positions.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Perform monthly club facility inspections and complete Club Manager monthly bonus sheets.
  • Communication: Effectively manage communication with all operations personnel within the district.
  • PE at PF Coordination: Coordinate and manage District PE at PF activities, including hiring, training, and weekly planning.
  • Location Operations: Ensure 100% operations of all locations within the district, including filling in as Club Manager in situations where a club has no manager or assistant manager.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle all incoming complaints and mystery shops from district locations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Employee Recognition: Implement an employee recognition program to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
