We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide high-quality patient care and support our team of physicians and nurses in the General Surgery Colorectal Surgery subspecialty clinic.
Responsibilities- Provide routine care and management of patients with acute and chronic complaints, in collaboration with the supervising physician and through implementation of standardized procedures.
- Conduct complete and comprehensive history and physical exams, interpretation of lab results, diagnostic studies, and radiology studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and wound care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Graduate of an NP program accredited by the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of California.
- National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from an agency accredited by the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS).

CompensationCompensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
