Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Sales and Service Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' machinery and systems by providing on-site solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. On-Site Service: Respond to emergency service calls and perform on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients.
  2. Custom Hose Assemblies: Utilize your technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
  3. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Inventory Management: Manage and restock your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
