Position: Associate Attorney – Employment Law
Role Impact:
As an Associate Attorney within our Employment Law division, you will play a crucial role in advocating for our clients, striving to secure the most substantial settlements and verdicts in cases involving workplace retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Formulate legal strategies aimed at achieving favorable and cost-effective resolutions for clients.
- Conduct depositions and manage meetings effectively.
- Engage in alternative dispute resolution mediations and negotiations.
- Present arguments and represent clients in various employment law matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
- A minimum of two years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal research.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, including effective time management.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Willingness to commute or relocate as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range based on experience: $85,000 - $165,000.
