The LPN operates within the boundaries of their licensure and adheres to the organization's policies and procedures, showcasing professional development and responsibility.

- Support and direct ancillary staff while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Utilize appropriate technology and skills to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
Experience Requirements:
New graduates from an accredited nursing institution are welcome to apply.
Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a current LPN license in the State of Georgia or a NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated clinical proficiency in the specialty area is preferred. Nursing experience in a hospital environment is advantageous. For those working in the Emergency Department, ALS/ACLS and PALS certifications are required (LPNs new to the specialty must complete relevant certifications within six months of employment). Experienced Emergency Department nurses will have six months to obtain PALS certification.
