**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Unanet ERP Administrator to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing the Unanet ERP system and a willingness to learn basic accounting and purchasing tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Configure and administer user accounts, roles, and permissions in the Unanet ERP system
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management
• Develop and implement best practices for system usage, security, and data integrity
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts receivable that utilize Unanet data
• Perform data entry and analysis in the Unanet ERP system, including reporting, project setup, budget updates, and general database maintenance and administration
• Provide timely data to Program Managers and Project Managers to monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones
• Execute administrative AR activities, including billing and customer communication
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports within the ERP system, identify delinquent accounts, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve collections if needed

**Requirements**
• 1+ years of experience in ERP system administration, such as Unanet (preferred, Netsuite, Quickbooks, or similar)
• Experience in accounts receivable, including billing and invoicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Basic fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to structure your day and manage your time, with a high level of adaptability, resilience, and attention to detail
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
