Key Responsibilities:- Manage Access Control: Ensure that all individuals entering the building have the necessary clearance and follow established protocols.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Services: Greet guests and vendors with a smile, provide information and assistance as needed, and maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
- Enforce Security Policies: Observe and report any suspicious activity, enforce access control and visitor management policies, and respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other security personnel and building staff to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all building occupants.
- Stay Alert and Vigilant: Maintain a high level of awareness and attention to detail to prevent and respond to potential security threats.
- Valid PERC Card: Must possess a valid PERC Card and be able to provide proof of certification.
- Guest Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the guest service industry or a related field.
- Effective Communication: Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize and adjust actions in relation to the needs of the business, and to provide customer-focused solutions to problems.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and be at least 18 years of age.
