Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement automated accounting systems, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accurate vendor invoicing and timely payment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to eight years of experience in financial accounting activities.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Considerable knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other regulations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
