Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Thin Film Wafer Fab Technician to join our team at Twin City Staffing. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thin film deposition equipment, ensuring smooth production and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality
- Perform routine inspections and testing on wafers
- Record data on production runs and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions
- Experience in wafer fabrication or thin film processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Compliance with ITAR regulations
