Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions for clients, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Account Management: Work with clients to open and administer their accounts, providing guidance on banking products and services.
  • Loan Applications: Assist with loan applications and other products and services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on our products and services, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial needs.
  • Cross-Selling: Appropriately cross-sell and refer clients to other internal groups, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Client Calling: Participate in client calling activities, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Operations Support: Assist with all other aspects of operations as needed, providing support to the banking center team.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
  • Background Check: As part of the employment process, you will be required to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
