Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to devise innovative land development strategies.
  • Draft engineering plans, specifications, and documentation for site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion management.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility evaluations, and thorough due diligence studies.
  • Design and implement stormwater management systems while securing requisite permits.
  • Supervise construction site inspections and visits.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers while remaining updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with the potential to achieve Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Proficient technical skills in land development design coupled with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A minimum of 4 years of civil engineering experience, including project management responsibilities.
